Andy has spent 19 years as a Managing Director and Board-level executive across a range of industries. He is passionate about design in all contexts and leads company strategy and day-to-day operations.
Trevor is a seasoned and qualified CIMA finance professional with significant international expertise and experience in leading fast paced technology businesses through transformation, growth and M&A. He is a passionate leader who drives commercial, operational and strategic success through process, performance and productivity.
James’s strategic vision and leadership are evident in every project he oversees. His focus on delivering exceptional results and ensuring seamless project execution makes him a vital leader to our team’s success.
Having joined the Rokker Team in April 2019, Jack now heads up the Rokker Research Labs division. His interest in the research process and methodologies allows him to provide a rapid-fire research service that empowers clients to make more informed strategic decisions.
Hannah is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in tech start-ups and hospitality, specialising in integrating technology, people, and processes. Her strategic expertise drive innovation and enhance our ability to solve business challenges efficiently at Rokker.
Will graduated from the University of Kent in 2020 with a First Class degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics, following which he joined Rokker as Financial Executive. Will gained promotion to Business Analyst in 2022 since which time he has worked on key client projects and played a key role in establishing the RokkerX managed services subsidiary.
Jim brings over 15 years experience running and scaling businesses. He has led an MBO and a company purchase, as well as two successful company sales. He is passionate about building and managing high performing teams; creating environments where individuals can thrive. Jim heads-up Rokker’s People Practice.

Ryan graduated from Durham university with a degree in Economics in 2015 and has since worked in analytical and management roles with senior stakeholder influence, in a number of financial services firms. His skills include fundraising, project and change management with a particular focus on creating efficiencies and streamlining processes through digital transformation.
