Rokker welcomes Hannah Benneworth!
And just like that, 6 weeks have passed since I walked into the Rokker office in Woodbridge with a bag full of new stationary and a heart full of enthusiasm. And what an interesting, intense and insightful 6 weeks it has been! My brain is full of new things, which I thought I’d take a moment to share with you.
Transitioning into the fast-moving industry of iGaming has been both challenging and rewarding, as well as a little bit intimidating if I’m honest but I couldn’t have wished for a more supportive team to join, whose wealth of knowledge and experience is impressive and so I know I’m in good hands.
iGaming has unique characteristics that set it apart from other sectors I’ve worked in previously. It’s an industry that thrives on customer engagement, technological advancement, and, of course, regulatory adaptation. While these factors drive incredible opportunities, they also bring complex challenges, from navigating compliance requirements to maintaining responsible gaming practices and fostering customer loyalty in a very competitive market. I’ve also been struck by the speed and agility required to stay relevant here; there’s certainly no time for standing still.
What I’ve also come to appreciate over my first few weeks is the powerful role a consultant can play in helping iGaming businesses (or any business for that matter) navigate their way through challenges. When you work with a consultancy like Rokker, you’re not just bringing in an extra set of hands – you’re adding an objective, strategic perspective that helps clarify both immediate and long-term goals.
