Our client required a rapid User Experience (UX research) analysis and benchmarking of their digital gaming product against that of both a gold standard business in their industry and a like-for-like competitor.
This dynamic project was completed in just 4 team days and comprised of UX (UX research) and User Interface (UI) analysis and comparison across a number of key user journeys, including customer support, page layout and navigation, compliance, marketing, and messaging.
Data-Driven Destinations
Many of us attended the ICE London 2023 iGaming expo in February and learned that they’re looking to relocate. We thought it would be fun to let our ‘Optimum Locator Model’ (OLM) loose on the scenario. Our OLM was developed to identify the optimal location for setting up a new business entity, unit, or division.
