Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior hands-on Infrastructure Engineer with a strong DevOps background and at least 8 years of practical experience. The candidate should be adept at designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure solutions, with a focus on automation, IaC, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Our core providers/technologies are AWS, Cloudflare, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, SonarQube and we run backend infrastructure for online gaming providers 24/7:

  • Expert knowledge of EKS and Terraform
  • Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure changes
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Desing and implementing early alerting solutions
  • Cost control and forecasting on cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated into the infrastructure
  • Coach/advice others on automation skills

Required Qualifications

  • AWS Certified
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a DevOps approach
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages
  • Experience with cloud services and containerization technologies
  • Ability to document infrastructure and systems in an efficient manner
