Today, we're excited to announce that Rokker has acquired the remaining shareholding in Pretty Technical, bringing the business fully under the Rokker brand. This completes a journey that began in summer 2025, when Rokker first acquired a majority stake in the technology business and marks an exciting new chapter for both teams.

With full ownership now in place, Pretty Technical's product portfolio, engineering talent and Innovation Labs team are being fully integrated into Rokker, joining our existing consulting expertise and RokkerX managed services and operations business, where our team of specialists already manage Tier 1 operator and supplier business functions across 11 jurisdictions.

The result is a bigger, more capable Rokker: one team working across strategy, technology, engineering, operations and innovation, able to support clients from the first strategic question through to live delivery and ongoing operation, without the hassle of juggling multiple disconnected suppliers. Pretty Technical's engineering and product teams bring immediate depth to our technology capability, adding a proven portfolio: Mikado PAM, Mikado CMS, Hiro Casino Management System, Prio Prize Draw platform and Domino Vault, along with the engineering expertise to integrate, customise and build technology around what a business actually needs, not just what's on the shelf.

Pretty Technical's existing innovation team is becoming Rokker Innovation Labs: a dedicated group applying AI and agentic technology to real commercial client problems, developing new products, new services and new ways of working with the same commercial discipline we apply everywhere else.

Combined with RokkerX's operational scale and Rokker's consulting heritage (more than 20 years of team experience across hundreds of gaming projects, including significant due diligence support on corporate transactions with an aggregate value exceeding US$200m) our clients now have access to strategic thinking, human and technical delivery teams, proprietary products and infrastructure, and hands-on operational support, all under one roof and one accountable partner. Leadership built from both businesses Following the acquisition, Emma Blaylock, formerly CEO of Pretty Technical, becomes CEO of the combined Rokker business. Rokker founder Andy Rogers continues in an active role as Founder and Chairman, leading commercial and corporate development strategy, while Pretty Technical co-founder Andre Marenke joins the Rokker board as Group CIO, responsible for group technology strategy, architecture and information systems. Trevor Milsom continues his role as Group CFO.

The wider leadership team draws senior talent from both organisations: Tom Squirrell (formerly Pretty Technical CPO) leads Innovation Labs and Rokker's wider innovation strategy; Cristóbal Viedma (formerly Pretty Technical COO) takes responsibility for external delivery and managed services through RokkerX, leading the largest operational team in the combined business; and James Sarre continues as COO, overseeing Rokker's group-wide business operations.
